I've shopped at many online perfume stores, and I have to rate yours as top rung!! One of the hardest things to find when shopping these items is adequate descriptions of the scent, which I consider the most important aspect of selling since lack of familiarity can be overcome by a good scent description and therefore a likely sale!!! I am writing to inform how incredibly pleased I was with the service I received
from your website.
My sister had requested a particular Versace perfume for Christmas. Since
I had been doing the majority of my holiday shopping online, I had ordered the
perfume from some website I found which advised they had the item in
stock. Four days after placing the order I was in receipt of an email
advising my order has been cancelled since the item was no longer in stock.
Sadly, this happened on two additional websites.
So I proceeded to hit up the malls on the search for this perfume. Five
department stores and one Versace store later, I still did not have the perfume
in hand.
On the brink of giving up all hope on finding this item, I sat myself down in

Ordering online is a new experience for me, and one that I
was very
reluctant to do for quite some time. I have spent hours browsing perfume
sites, comparing prices, shipping rates, etc., and have compiled a file with
the data I have collected for quick reference. (There should be a support
group for perfume addicts like me.) There are a few other sites where I
have placed orders, but it seems that I just keep coming back to you. You
have a great selection and very competitive prices. Your shipping cost is
the lowest and, of course, free on two or more orders. One site I was
considering had incredibly low prices, and I was
getting really excited
about this "great find" until it came to the $8.95 shipping (within
the
size and strength selections of most all of the fragrances. I always
order
eau de parfum because I have very dry skin and eau de
toilette usually
dissipates too quickly -- except for Python, which I will be ordering from
you in the very near future. I already have a list made - just don't have
the money to back it yet. I am so hopeless!
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your site. It is
apparent that you are there for the consumer - so rare these days. You
are
the proverbial "what you see is what you get." Some of the
sponsored sites
that always come up during a search of a particular fragrance will show that
they carry that fragrance when, in fact, they do not. They just want to
get
you into their site. For me, that only worked a couple of times.
Now, I
just bypass them completely.
